About the Cell

The Training and Placement Cell of our institution plays a pivotal role in counselling and guiding the students for their successful career placement. In addition to campus placements, the Training and Placement Cell organises professional development programmes like mock interviews, group discussions, pre-placement talks, interactive sessions with industrial experts, case studies etc. Personality development programmes, covering communication skills, presentation skills, career planning etc., are conducted on a regular basis to enable the students to acquire the necessary traits to be useful in the industries.

Our Recruitment Process and Policies

Scheduling - Recruiters contact the placement office to discuss and schedule the possible dates for pre-placement talk. Within a week’s span the talk is conducted in the campus.

Pre-placement Talk - The institution recommends a pre-placement talk by the recruiters, with a 30 minute presentation and a 15 minute Q&A session, so that the students get a brief knowledge of the company, culture, policies, job description etc.

Recruitment - Companies conduct their on-campus recruitment during the scheduled days. The infrastructure for conducting the tests, interviews etc., are available in the campus.

Results - The recruiters intimate the list of selected candidates to the placement office.

Offer Letters - The joining dates of the selected candidates are worked out as per the requirement of the companies and the course completion date of the students.

This is the common procedure. Shall be subject to variation upon recruiter requirements.

Facilities for the Recruiters

The institution has every possible facility required for conducting on-campus placement drives, and is staffed with experienced Training and Placement Cell executives who are capable of supporting the placement procedure at all stages.
