VET IAS School of Commerce, an association of DRAVYA (Department of B. Com) ERODE DISTRICT SMALL INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION (EEDISSIA) jointly organized an "COMMERCEPRENEURS: INNOVATING BUSINESS SOLUTIONS TOMORROW" for all commerce students (Bcom, Bcom CA, B. Com PA, B. Com AF and M. Com) on 17.02.2025. The presidential address was given by Thiru S.D.Chandrasekar (secretary and correspondent Vellalar Educational Trust) and the felicitation was done by the Principal Dr. V. P. Nallaswamy and Administrative Officer Dr. S. Logesh Kumar.

Mr. V. T. Shreedhar B.E., President- EEDISSIA, Sabithaa Granite & Marbles, Swetha Stones, Erode. He shared about Identification of new ideas for start-ups.

Mr. P. Thirumoorthy, Immediate Past President- EEDISSIA Sakthi Fruit Products - Food & Fruits Processing Industries- Thermal Processed, Erode. He conveyed how to overcome the obstacles and be proactive in business.

Mr.R.Subramanian, Past President- EEDISSIA Director-Emes Textiles Pvt. Ltd. CEO, Instaafit Apparels, Erode. He gave deep insight about technical updation and solutions for the business problems.

Mr.K.P.Ravichandar M.S., (Engg.,) Past President- EEDISSIA CEO DMW CNC Centre, Erode. He presented an idea to start a new venture and ways to attain the goal.

Mr.R.Balasubramaniam, Past President- EEDISSIA Andavar Lathe Works, Erode. He stated about the skills required for the start-ups.

More than 500 students were benefited from this session and got knowledge about new ideas for start-ups and technical updation in business. It was a very useful session for our students.
