VET IAS School of Commerce, an association of VARTANA (Department of B. Com PA & AF) & SMALL INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT BANK OF INDIA (SIDBI) jointly organized an "Industry Institute Conclave" for all commerce students (B. Com, B. Com CA, B. Com PA, B. Com AF and M. Com) on 13.02.2025. The presidential address was given by Thiru S.D. Chandrasekar (Secretary and Correspondent of Vellalar educational trust) and the felicitation was done by the Principal Dr. V. P. Nallaswamy and Administrative Officer Dr. S. Logesh Kumar. The program featured:

Smt. N. Ranjani, AGM SIDBI, Erode - She gave a detailed end - to - end information about the process of starting and business and the helps provided by the SIDBI.

Mr. D. Shanmugasundaram, Managing Partner, CD Technotex LLP, Erode - He spoke about the development of the leadership quality, productivity of an individual, goal setting and also about the time management.

Smt. V. Malarvizhi Giri, Managing Partner, Cosimo Internationals & Allwin colours, Tiruppur - She gave knowledge about the development of industries and the various support from the banks and government.

Shri. Kaushlendra Kumar, Manager SIDBI, Erode - He gave a deep insight about how the industries and institutes collaborate. He gave a brief profile introduction about the SIDBI and various schemes provided by the Government for startups. He also told about preparing a proper business plan.

Mr. SB. Senthil Kumar, Manager Partner, Bhairav Renderers, Coimbatore - He talked about the support from the government. He also told about the development of industries from startups to scaleups.

More than 500 students were benefited from this session and got knowledge about how to start up the business and get loans from various financial institutions. It was a very useful session for our students.
