Export Promotional Activities of AEPC

VET IAS Department of Costume Design and Fashion has organized a seminar on "Export Promotional Activities of AEPC" for I - M.Sc. CDF students on February 24th, 2025. The resource person for the seminar was Dr. P. Ramya, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Costume Design and Fashion at KPR College of Arts Science and Research, Coimbatore. The session focused on AEPC’s role in supporting Indian apparel exporters for promoting export initiatives and also enhance their presence in global markets. The seminar also emphasized the importance of aligning with international standards including market research, trade facilitation and capacity building to improve the competitiveness of Indian fashion products. Overall, the event was highly informative and beneficial for the students in future careers of fashion industry.
