Customer Delight Value Proposition Canvas

VET IAS School of Commerce DRAVYA An Association of B. Com & Institution’s Innovation Council jointly organised a Seminar on "Customer Delight: Value Proposition Canvas" on 10.02.2025. The resource person for this program was Dr. B. Divya Priya, Innovation Ambassador - MoE, Associate Professor and Head of Department of Commerce with Information Technology, Kongunadu Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Coimbatore.

The seminar explores how businesses can leverage the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) to align their offerings with customer needs, pains, and desires. By mapping customer jobs, identifying pain points, and designing solutions that relieve pains and enhance gains, businesses can craft compelling value propositions that resonate deeply.

Through case studies and interactive sessions, participants have learnt how to apply the VPC framework to create innovative and personalized experiences that exceed expectations. This seminar provided actionable insights, practical applications, and a structured approach to achieving sustained customer delight, ensuring a competitive edge in today’s dynamic market to the Participants.
